Jacx Carter Designs Monthly Giveaway: Official Rules

Sponsor: Jacx Carter Designs, Bowie, MD.

Eligibility: Legal US residents 18 or older. Void where prohibited. Employees and immediate family of the Sponsor are not eligible.

Entry period: Each monthly giveaway begins on the 1st of the month at 12:00 am ET and ends on the 14th at 11:59 pm ET. The current giveaway runs October 1–14, 2026.

How to enter: Submit your first name and email address through the entry form at https://jacx-glow-giveaway.lovable.app. Limit one entry per person per monthly giveaway, and duplicate entries will not be counted. By entering, you agree to receive marketing emails from the Sponsor. You may unsubscribe at any time, and unsubscribing will not affect an entry already submitted. Comments on social media are not entries.

Minimum entries: The jewelry prize is awarded only if at least ten (10) eligible entries are received during that month's entry period.

Prize: If 10 or more eligible entries are received, the prize is one handcrafted piece of jewelry, described in that month's giveaway announcement. October 2026 prize: Gloria Sass Amazonite Dangle Earrings, approximate retail value $50. If fewer than 10 eligible entries are received, the prize is one $5-off coupon code for use at www.jacxcdesigns.com, valid for 60 days, with no minimum purchase, not redeemable for cash. No cash substitutes or transfers.

Winner selection: One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on the 15th of the month, regardless of the number of entries. The prize awarded is determined by the Minimum entries rule above. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Notification: The winner will be notified by email and/or Instagram DM from @jacxcarterdesigns only, and must respond within 48 hours or an alternate winner will be selected. The Sponsor will never ask for payment or financial information.

Publicity: With the winner's permission, the Sponsor may share the winner's first name and Instagram handle.

Privacy: Entrant information is used only by the Sponsor for this giveaway and its email communications, and is never sold.

Instagram release: This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta. By entering, you release Instagram and Meta of any responsibility.
